Las Bancas

Las Bancas is a master-planned residential community located on the Pacific coast of San Pancho, Nayarit, set on a coastal site with ocean views, cliffs, and preserved natural landscape.

The master plan includes beachfront lots, branded residences, residential lots, vertical residences, and a beach club with amenities such as pools, bar, wellness areas, sports courts, and walking trails integrated throughout the development. The overall project has a low density and is designed to preserve the natural topography and forest areas of the site.

MAAD’s project is located within one of the macrolots designated for vertical residential development within the master plan. Within this macrolot, MAAD is developing 10 ultra high-end ocean-view residences, conceived as a boutique residential product with large layouts, expansive terraces, and a luxury positioning within the San Pancho market.

The project is designed as a low-density luxury residential offering within a larger, fully planned community, combining privacy, architecture, and access to the master plan amenities and beach club.

MAAD participates in the structuring, development, and execution of the project, from concept and financial structuring to design development and commercialization.
