Chichipicas is a residential project in Valle de Bravo designed for those who want to truly experience the forest—without being far from everything else.
Located just 5 minutes from Valle’s town center, it offers the best of both worlds: privacy, nature, and calm, with quick access to restaurants, shops, and the social life of Valle. The project enjoys open views toward La Peña and the lake, surrounded entirely by forest.
With only 10 homes, each residence is thoughtfully placed to blend into the landscape and make the most of its surroundings. Private gardens, terraces, and open living spaces create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

The Project
Chichipicas is a low-density residential development made up of 10 independent homes, designed to blend naturally into the surrounding forest and ensure privacy throughout.
The project was designed by Federico Gómez Crespo, with a focus on simple, contemporary architecture that opens up to the landscape and frames views of La Peña and the lake.
Each home offers approximately 120 to 160 sqm of built area, set on private lots ranging from 400 to 500 sqm, with gardens, terraces, and seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Residences feature 3 bedrooms, with the option to add a fourth bedroom, allowing flexibility for different needs.
